This pertains to speaking to the minutes of order dated 17.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee of the minorities institution. His proposal for approval has been rejected for not qualifying TET examination. However, he would submit that Clause (c) of the order pertains to the 'Shalarth-ID'. Unless the approval is granted, there is no question of 'Shalarth-ID'.

Considering the facts of the case, clause (c) in para 6 of the order be deleted and instead thereof, the following be added : "(c) The Education Officer shall take fresh decision on its merit and shall not refuse to grant approval on the grounds mentioned in the impugned communication. The Education

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // spk.odt (2) Officer shall take the decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today. The approval would be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court."

In Para 5 of the order, instead of Special Leave to Appeal (Civ.) No.8300/2021 (Priti Ravindra Warghante and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others), it be corrected as 'SLP No.17702/2021 (The Director of School Education Chennai 6 and Anr Vs. B. Annie Packiarani Bai and Anr.)'. In the same para, instead of the sentence 'By filing such undertaking the equities would be balanced while passing an order granting him the salary by allotment of 'Shalarth-ID', it be corrected as 'By filing such undertaking the equities would be balanced while passing an order granting him approval.'

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded.

Praecipe accordingly stands disposed of.
