WP 690/13 with CA 1463/14 CP 168/14 - 2 - about the strength of students and grants etc. survives, liberty to the petitioners to pursue the respondent authorities for the same.

3] Writ petition as well as Contempt Petition No.168/2014 stand disposed of. In view of above, Civil Application No.1463/2014 does not survive and hence disposed of as such. No order as to costs.
