The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.3.2002, passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, by which, the order of the District Collector, dated 24.11.2002 sustaining the 'No Confidence Motion' passed against the petitioner was upheld. The record reveals that the petitioner was ousted as an Up-sarpanch. Both the authorities below have concluded that the motion was carried by requisite majority. This Court admitted the petition on 10.3.2003 and refused interim relief to the petitioner.

With the passage of 16 years, at least three elections must have been conducted pursuant to the impugned orders. akl/d
