Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

He states that he was under the impression that the earlier bail application was rejected before filing charge sheet. However, he satisfied that the earlier application was rejected after charge sheet. Under this wrong impression, there is no question to raise the ground of change in circumstances. No ground as such has been raised in the application. 3.

Hence, bail application stands dismissed.
