Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially proposal is given seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a part time Lab Assistant in the year 2011 and subsequently, in the year 2017 as a Lab Assistant. The same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as part time and full time Lab Assistant is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law preferably within six months. 3.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
