This civil revision application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 16th January, 2007 passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge, Sangamner in R.C.A. No. 870 of 2000, thereby dismissing the appeal preferred against grant of succession/heirs-hip certificate. 2.

The parties can agitate their claims by filing the substantive suit. Therefore, civil revision application alongwith civil application therein stand dismissed.
