The LR's of deceased respondent No.2 have been served. No appearance has been entered.

The applicants have caused a delay of 1010 days in filing the civil application.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay of 1010 days is condoned subject to the applicants depositing an amount of Rs.5000/-. As no appearance has been entered by the LR's of the deceased, the amount shall be deposited with the Ghati Hospital (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad) within a period of 3 khs/JUNE 2018/732-d

weeks from today and the receipt of the same be produced in the Registry.

After addition of the LR's of deceased Sharif Bandu, issue notice in the civil revision application to the added respondents, returnable on 20/07/2018.
