DATE : 19th NOVEMBER, 2024 PC :- Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority and to urge the ground on merits. He however, prayed that the vehicle is lying with the authority since 1st January 2024, it be directed to be released on payment of the fine amount without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to agitate the grievance before the appropriate authority. D. A. ETHAPE, P.A.

( 2 ) 941 WP-1054-2024 (ii) The vehicle in question shall be released on payment of the fine amount as per order dated 28th March 2024, without prejudice to the rights to the parties.

(iii) It is made clear that, this Court has not touched the merits of the matter.

(iv) Writ Petition stands disposed off.
