Applicants seek to condone the delay of 103 days caused in filing appeal.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein.

169-ca-748-2025 Apparently, the delay is caused on account of administrative exigencies, it is not intentional. In result, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 749 OF 2025 1.

Mr. Shelke, submits that the entire amount is deposited with the Commissioner for Employees Compensation. 2.

In that view of the matter, keeping liberty to the applicants to file an application for withdrawal of amount, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C' and disposed of.
