Perused the averments in the application. It appears that, the applicant, who is respondent in Family Court Appeal No.7/2015, was directed by the Division Bench (Coram : T.V. Nalawade and A.M. Dhavale, JJ) vide order dated 5th October, 2017 to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakh) in the

1667.18CA Registry of this Court. It is stated in the application that, the applicant has deposited the said amount by D.D.

No.460083 dated 16th January, 2018 in the name of Shubham S/o Kishor Pedgaonkar.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has tendered across the Bar pursis, and by relying upon the contents of the said pursis, he submits that, the applicant has also deposited Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand) by D.D. No. 106818 dated 15th March, 2018.

Since the applicant has complied with the order/directions given by this Court on 5th October, 2017, the Civil Application stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that, nonapplicant no.2 - Shubham S/o Kishor Pedgaonkar is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount deposited in the Registry of this Court, unconditionally.
