Heard Mr. Shelke, learned advocate for the applicant and Smt. Lomate, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Perused application and reasons stated in support of prayer to condone the delay. Apparently, delay has occasioned on account of

{2} 33 sr.no..odt administrative reasons. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out. In the result, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. ON STAY APPLICATION. CA NO. 766 OF 2025 Mr. Shelke, learned advocate for applicant submits that the entire amount as per the award passed by t he Commissioner, Workmens Compensation has been deposited. Learned advocate for the respondent do not dispute this position. In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of. ON APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL CA NO. 2568 OF 2025.
