CA 3075/10 in FA 4262/16 & another - 2 - ORDER :
1] Heard learned AGP for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2] There shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award subject to the applicants depositing in this Court the entire awarded amount together with interest that may have accrued thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from today. Needless to add that in case there is failure to deposit, as aforesaid, this stay shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court. Upon deposit of the amount, the respondents - claimants are granted liberty to withdraw 50% of the same by filing undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by the final orders in these appeals.
3] The applicants / appellants to take steps to serve the respondents once again within a period of four weeks from today.
4] Civil applications for stay are disposed of.
