State prays for condonation of delay of 2822 days caused in filing first appeals against the judgment and award dated 28.01.2008 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrigonda in L.R.A. No. 345 of 2003 along with connected land references. 3.

Upon hearing learned AGP, as also on going through the civil applications, I do not find satisfactory reasons to condone the delay of more than seven years.

I have examined the impugned judgment and award cursorily and found that the compensation awarded by the Reference Court, cannot be said to be exorbitant.

For all the above reasons, all the Civil Applications for condonation of delay as well as for stay, are rejected. Consequently, State appeals shall be refused registration. Refund the court fees as per Rules.
