The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the respondent since October 2021. The same is not yet decided. It is required to be decided as per the statute within a period of 45 days. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent. 3.

In case, the application is filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate and the same is pending with respondent, then the respondent shall decide the said application expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
