Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that encroachment is made on the Government property. The property was allotted to the Zilla Parishad School.

From the proceeding it appears that the Block Development Officer has communicated to the Gram Sevak to take appropriate steps. 3.

The petitioner may approach the Block Development Officer in that regard. It is for the Block Development Officer and the authorities concerned to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. If the petitioner approaches such authorities, then such authorities may take appropriate steps.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
