ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest which has been deposited by the appellant Acquiring Body in this Court. It appears that the Acquiring Body has deposited 80% of the compensation amount as directed by this Court under order dated 11.12.2020.

This Court in other connected matters has permitted withdrawal of those 80% amounts of compensation vide order dated 02.03.2022. In view of the same, the

(2) 937 CA-1781.2023.odt applicants herein are permitted to withdraw entire deposited 80% amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 30 % on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
