This is an application of claimants/applicants, seeking withdrawal of the amount.

The First Appeal No.926/2007 filed by the appellants/applicants came to be decided by this Court on 8th December, 2021. During pendency of the appeal, the respondentinsurance company has deposited the amount in this Court. It is informed that the insurance company has not challenged the order of appeal as well as they have no objection for withdrawal of the amount. Since the appeal is disposed of, the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of the amount as per the award and amount be paid to them accordingly.
