Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of the order dated 13.10.2015. In the order dated 13.10.2015, the name of appellant No.1 is typed as Hameeda. According to the learned counsel, the same ought to be Faimeeda. In the appeal memo the name is Faimeeda. So also in the paper book of the lower Court, the name appears as Faimeeda.

In light of the above, the name Hameeda in cause title be corrected as Faimeeda in the order dated 13.10.2015. Thereafter,

certified copy accordingly be issued.
