None for the petitioner and the respondents. This petition is filed challenging an order passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Solapur, dismissing revision of the petitioner. The respondentsemployees had approached the Labour Court for relief of reinstatement by setting aside termination order and consequential reliefs. Said order was challenged before the Industrial Court, where the revision came to be dismissed. This petition is pending since 1997. There was interim relief granted only to the extent of continuity and back wages. 02.

Since 2020 though the matter is on Board, none appears for the petitioner. This Court finds that keeping pending this petition would serve no purpose. This Writ Petition, therefore, stands dismissed for default.
