Mr.Bhalerao, learned counsel submits that the grant-in-aid is sanctioned to the petitioner but the same is not disbursed. The petitioner has submitted application/representation to the Director of Education, who is to decide it.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The petitioner shall make comprehensive application/representation in this regard about the grant-in-aid to the Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune. The Director of Education, shall within four (4) months from the receipt of the application/representation take decision on the same, considering all the relevant aspects of the matter on its own merits.

Cp195 b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
