Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondents. Though the learned Counsel for the respondents has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons are insufficient, after having gone through the contents of the application, it appears to me that, sufficient reasons are assigned for condoning the delay. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(i) The delay of 64 days caused in filing Second Appeal is condoned. Second Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil Application (No.1758 of 2018) for condonation of delay stands disposed of.
(ii) On registration of the Appeal, issue notice to the
