This petition is filed by three petitioners with as many as four prayers; firstly, seeking direction to the Education Officer (Primary) to grant individual approval to the petitioners, secondly, direction to the Education Officer (Primary) to send the proposal to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to be restored the aided post of Assistant Teachers due to the petitioners recruitment process are prior to Government Resolution dated 02.05.2012, thirdly, quashing the order of the Education Officer (Primary) dated 15.01.2015, fourthly, direction to respondent No.4 to pay salary and fifthly, direction to the Education Officer (Primary) to modify staff

The petitioners were before this Court in writ petition No.346/2019 seeking leave for withdrawal of the petition. Leave was granted and petition was accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The petitioners have approached the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur by submitting representation dated 15.01.2019. In the said representation, the petitioners' relied on the judgment of this Court in writ petition No.8587/2016 and immediately on 17.01.2019 the petition is filed before this Court. It was submitted that the direction be issued to respondent No.4 the Education Officer (Primary) to decide representation dated 15.01.2019 as the petitioners' claim is based on the judgment of this Court in writ petition No.8587/2016. Even though, the petitioners pray for stipulation of period for decision on representation dated 15.01.2019.

Considering the time slot in the present petition namely the representation submitted to the Education Officer (Primary) on 15.01.2019 and

( 3 ) petition is filed in this Court on 17.01.2019, we are of the opinion that without prescribing any time period, the petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the representation dated 15.01.2019 as early as possible, needless to state on merits of the representation.

With this directions, the petition is disposed of.
