The order under execution dated 18 February 2021 in Writ Petition No. 6490 of 2019 merely expected the respondents to pay to the petitioner allowance during the period of suspension. 3.

The parties are unanimous that as far as this direction is concerned, the compliance has been made. The petitioner has been paid the suspension allowance in aggregate Rs. 4,93,101/-. Communication addressed to him by the respondents dated 06 February 2024 has been placed on record.

Nothing survives. Contempt Petition is disposed of. 5.

Needless to state that if, still, the petitioner perceives that something more to which he is entitled to has not been granted, it would be subject matter of separate litigation.
