This is an application seeking for withdrawal of Rs.15,00,000/- from the remaining 50% amount of compensation. The appellant has deposited total amount of Rs.1,14,53,460/- before executing Court. Out of them, 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn i.e. applicants have withdrawn Rs.57,26,730/-. Out of remaining amount, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw Rs.15,00,000/- for the reason of marriage of son of applicant No.2 Ramdas s/o Lahanu Doke. Marriage invitation card is produced in support. Having regard to the said reason, the applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/-

( 2 ) 918 CA 1625-22 for the purpose of marriage of son of applicant No.2 on furnishing usual undertaking.
