This writ petition is of 1997. This Court had issued notice to the petitioners by order dated 09.05.2017 on Court motion. Office endorsement shows that the petitioner No. 1 is reported to be dead. The service report in respect of other petitioners is still awaited. The petitioners happen to be plaintiffs in a suit for eviction under the Bombay Rent Act. The suit bearing R.C.S. No. 440/1981 came to be dismissed. The appeal also came to be dismissed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ahmednagar by way of impugned order dated 22.11.1995 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 484/1988. The respondent has not caused
