Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of compensation amount which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body who has filed this appeal. This Court vide order dated 12.12.2022 in other connected matters has already permitted the applicant thereon to withdraw 50% of the total compensation amount which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body. In this matter also the Acquiring Body has deposited only 50% of the compensation amount. As such, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon till date by filing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
