Learned counsel for the applicants submits that upon closure of the company, the present applicants have no permanent place of residence, as they are serving at

2 Cr. Appln. 386/2015 various places one after another and as they have remained absent in the present proceedings, the order of issuing non-bailable warrants came to be passed against them.

Considering the fact that the present applicants may not be available in case the appeal is allowed and they are convicted, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) of the application, on the condition that the applicants would file fresh P.R. bond and also furnish surety in the amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) each, respectively, in the concerned trial Court and also on affidavit, supply their present address in this Court within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of this Court.

Prayer clause (B) runs as under:- "(B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to recall the order dated 4/9/2014, 24/11/2014 and 15/12/2014 and cancel the non bailable warrants issued against them."
