Mr. Rakhunde, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the year 2016, the petitioner filed application with the Sub Divisional Officer, for grant of tribe certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe. The same is not yet decided. 2.

We have heard the learned AGP.

In case the application filed by the petitioner for grant of tribe certificate dated 01.11.2016 is pending with the respondent No.,2 then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
