Looking to the earlier order passed by this Court while considering the application for bail in Criminal Application No. 610 of 2014, learned Special Judge is directed to decide the trial within the period of nine months from the date of said order. It is reported that the evidence of

2 Cr.Apln. 388.2015 prosecutrix is under process of recording. It is expected from both prosecution as well as from the accused persons to extend full co-operation to the learned Judge of the Court below to decide the matter within stipulated period. 4.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move again if the trial Court has not completed the trial within the stipulated period.
