The applicant is seeking permission to furnish Bank guarantee as a precondition for withdrawal of the amount. The applicant has been permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing solvent security, however, he is ready to furnish Bank guarantee. The request is granted. It will be open for the applicant to furnish Bank guarantee while withdrawing the amount on furnishing Bank guarantee of a Nationalised Bank/ Scheduled Bank. Civil Application is allowed.
