Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the Roznama of proceedings before the Committee to make a grievance that the petitioner is not appearing before the Committee for hearing and her father is attending the hearings. Petitioner is seeking adjournment before the Committee stating that since the petitioner is intending to again appear for NEET examination, there is no need to conduct the hearing.

On one hand petitioner is not attending the hearing before the Committee and on the other hand she is pressing this contempt petition filed against the Committee. 3.

Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05/01/2026 and the Committee shall hear the petitioner and take decision in the case of petitioner within four weeks thereafter. With these directions, the contempt petition is disposed of. (VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, J.) (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
