Order dated 26.09.2024 indicates that last opportunity was given to the Counsel for the Petitioner to workout the matter or else it was to be dismissed for non prosecution. It is thereafter on October 17, 2024, the Counsel for the Petitioner had sought time by submitting that the Petitioner/Tenant will be vacating the premises and will file the pursis to that effect. Since the said request was made, the Petition was stood over to 24.10.2024. Thereafter, none has appeared for the Petitioner. This shows that Umesh
