This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State Government in this Court. The State Government has deposited 50% amount out of the amount awarded by the Reference Court, in view of the directions issued by this Court on 26/09/2014.

The applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 50%

2116.15ca -2amount out of the amount deposited by the State Government in this Court on furnishing an undertaking to the effect that in the event of success of appeal, the applicants shall re-deposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such decision. The balance 50% amount deposited by the State Government in this Court shall be permitted to be withdrawn on applicants' furnishing bank guarantee of nationalized/scheduled bank for the like amount. Bank guarantee shall be kept alive until disposal of the appeal. 3.

With the directions as above, the civil application stands disposed of.
