The present Civil Application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 21.8.2015 and 27.8.2015 to the extent that instead of solvent security directed by this Court to allow withdrawal of the amount, the applicant may be allowed to furnish bank guarantee as a security for the withdrawal of 25% of the amount.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 does not have any objection for the same.

In light of the above, in the order dated 21.8.2015 and

27.8.2015 following modification be made :

a) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing bank guarantee of the like amount instead of furnishing solvent security.
