After hearing learned counsel appearing for parties at quite some length, petitioners resile to a situation whereunder there would be direction to respondent no. 3 - the district collector, Beed, to decide representations at Exhibit - "I" in both writ petitions.

2 WP / 1565 /2019 + 2.

In view of aforesaid, respondent no. 3 - the collector, Beed, may decide representations at Exhibit - "I" to the petitions within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order and if deemed appropriate, after hearing the concerned parties.
