1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

2] Perused the application. In view of reasons mentioned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). The impugned order of dismissal of the appeal for default passed by the learned Registrar is hereby quashed and set aside, subject to condition that the appellant shall remove the entire office objections within a period of two weeks. On removal of office objections, the appeal be restored at its original stage and the same be listed for final hearing on merit in due course.
