We have heard Mr. Gholap learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Deshpande, learned ASG.

The grievance of the petitioners is about non supply of documents. Mr. Deshpande, the learned ASG submits that the Central Registrar is the supervisory authority. The petitioners can approach the Central Registrar.

In light of that the petitioners may approach the respondent No.3. Naturally as contended by the learned A.S.G., respondent No.3 would consider the application of the petitioners on its own merits. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
