Learned counsel for the applicant husband has filed this application for transfer of matrimonial proceeding from Beed to Aurangabad. Learned counsel for the applicant husband submits that the respondent wife has filed the divorce proceeding before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed. Learned counsel submits that the respondent wife is influential person and she runs an educational institution at Georai. The applicant husband apprehends danger to his life from her and her brothers while attending the court dates at Beed.

I find no substance in this misc. civil application. As informed, the respondent wife is residing with two children in her parents house. The applicant husband has not quoted any specific instance about the threats. It is mere apprehension of the applicant. Merely on the basis of apprehension of the applicant husband, the matrimonial proceeding cannot be transferred from Beed to

mca60.21 -2Aurangabad by causing inconvenience to the respondent wife. In view of the same, I proceed to pass the following order:-
