Considering the prayers as regards the directions to be issued to respondent No.2 for correcting the staffing approval for the academic years 2004-2006, in a petition which is filed after 15 years, we expressed our disinclination to entertain the petition. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Latur has turned down the proposal of the institution, by order dated 22.2.2022. The learned advocate for the management submits that they may consider the further course of action as regards the order dated 22.2.2022.
