The learned advocate for petitioners contends that, the petitioners have given applications seeking rental compensation before the Special Land Acquisition Officer on 08th April, 2019. Same are not yet decided.

In case applications filed by petitioners seeking rental compensation are pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. 3.
