The Civil Application No.1029 of 2024 is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant - Dhanraj, who admittedly died on 13/12/2023. The application is within time and therefore, considering the right to sue, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The Civil Application No.1029 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

AO No.63 of 2023 be listed along with AO No.64 of 2023 on 01/04/2024.
