The applicant seeks directions to declare the result of the applicant and to issue the degree certificate. The result is not yet declared. The applicant has filed an undertaking that the applicant would not claim benefit of reservation unless and until the writ petition filed by the applicant is allowed.

The caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. Writ petition is pending.

Naturally, the applicant will not be entitled to claim the benefit of reservation as his claim is already invalidated.

Considering that the present petition is pending. We direct the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner's final year examination and to also issue the market sheet to the applicant. However, the degree certificate and other documents may not be issued until further orders of this Court. Undertaking is taken on record.
