Learned advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court while granting ad-interim relief. Petitioner has challenged the order of Sessions Court thereby directing him to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation while suspending his sentence of imprisonment and granting him bail. This Court while granting stay to the said condition directed petitioner to deposit 10% of the compensation amount in this Court.

Learned advocate for petitioner states that petitioner could not comply with the said condition and he wants to surrender before the Sessions Court and undergo imprisonment. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions and prays that appeals filed by petitioner be expedited. 3.

Permission granted. Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court shall decide the appeals within six months from today.
