The action was taken by the Chief Executive Officer on the ground that those persons had submitted false information. In view of the false information submitted by some of the persons, the petitioner's case for transfer was not considered. The petitioner filed the representations, but the same are not attended to. The petitioner shall file a fresh application with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed and the Chief Executive Officer shall consider the application filed by the petitioner on its own merits and take a decision preferably within EIGHT WEEKS from the date of such
