I have heard the learned advocates for the petitioners and on behalf of the respondents.

The learned AGP points out that the mutation entries are at issue. The impugned orders are passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The second revision before the State Government is available in the light of the judgment delivered by the Honourable Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213 : 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed
