Heard the learned Counsel Mr Raghuwnanshi with Mr.Bachate for the petitioner.

A limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioner was selected as an Assistant Director Information, Class-II and joined the services of State on 14th July, 2006. The petitioner worked at various places such as in Thane District, Mumbai, Amravati and Nasik District. The petitioner worked in Nandurbar District for nearly six years; three years as a full timer and three years as having an additional charge. 3.

Mr Raghuwanshi learned Counsel by inviting our attention to the copy of the Government Circular dated 11th July 2000 placed on record at Exhibit - A submitted that the persons who have working for three years in tribal area are entitled to putforth their choice for transfer at the places of their convenience.

The petitioner, in view of the Government Circular dated 11th July, 2000, submitted representation to respondent no.2 on 31st December, 2018. Learned Counsel for the petitioner then invited our attention to the documents placed on record namely, the certificate issued by the private medical practitioner as well a discharge card issued under the seal and signature of the Civil Surgeon, General Hospital, Dhule, to submit that the father of the petitioner Shri Laxmansingh Budhesingh Rajput, aged 74 years, is suffering from Cancer of Colon with CVA (Cerebrovascular disease) . The petitioner is desirous of providing better medical treatment to his father and this facility is available in Nasik District, Nandurbar District

(3) and Jalgaon and these places are near to district Dhule. As such the petitioner made a request for his transfer giving his preferences to these places.

The learned Counsel prays for early decision on the representation. This being a limited grievance, we see no impediment to dispose of the petition with directions and accordingly we direct respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 31st December, 2018 submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not latter than eight weeks from the date of the order of this Court.
