This is an application presented by the applicant/claimant No.2 in First Appeal No.383/2011 for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation kept in her name in the fixed deposit as per order dated 14th September, 2011. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicant/claimant no.2 Pushpamegha d/o Mangesh Londhe attended the age of majority. Now she passed HSC examination and would like to take admission in nursing faculty of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences and for that purpose she needs money.

From the order dated 14th September, 2011 it appears that an amount of Rs.50,000/- each is directed to be kept in fixed deposits in the names of claimant Nos. 2 and 3. However, there is no direction about the 1/2
982.odt period for which the amount is to be kept in the fixed deposit.

Any how, the amount is pending in this court and now Claimant no.2 seeks to withdraw the amount for the purpose of her education. Hence for the reasons stated in the application, Claimant No.2 is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- with interest accrued thereon till this date.
