Learned counsel for the applicant states that all the respondents are served. The statement is accepted. 2.

Affidavit in reply is filed by the State.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks to amend the writ petition as set out in prayer Clauses (B) and (C). 4.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. In view of this we are inclined to allow this application in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Amendment be carried out within two week from today. Amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the respondents.

Merely because the amendment is permitted would not mean that contentions raised therein and the prayers sought are deemed to have been admitted by the respondents. The respondents are at liberty to file affidavit in reply within a period of one week from the date the applicant carry out amendment in the copies. Rejoinder, if any shall be filed within one week thereafter.

Place the petition on admission board on 6th June, 2022. 8.
