By consent of the parties, the hearing in this application is being restricted to the claim of the Petitioner - Anand Ramrao Ainwad in Writ Petition No.7174/2015.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the respective sides. The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition, since he is facing reopened proceedings before the Competent Authority. He is rendering wholehearted cooperation to the committee and he would assist the committee in taking the said proceeding to a logical end.

In view of the above statements, the Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
