Heard. For the reasons state in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the tribunal in its impugned judgment and award directed the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to pay 50% of the amount with proportionate interest and cost. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-claimants also admits the same. In view of this and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Learned counsel submits that the amount will be deposited within one week. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
